2. Concept of personal data

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter "data subject"). 3.3 Application form of our website

You can apply online via our "Career" website to UNEX Management Consulting GmbH & Co. KG to apply. Your online application will be forwarded directly to the person responsible for personnel selection and will, of course, be treated confidentially. We will only use your details to process your application and will not pass them on to third parties outside UNEX (Section 26 (1) BDSG). If you have applied for a specific position and it has already been filled or we consider you equally or even more suitable for another position, we will forward your application within the company with your consent. Your personal data will be deleted immediately after completion of the application process, or after a maximum of 6 months, unless you expressly give us your consent to store your data for a longer period.

Insofar as we contact you by telephone for initial contact, we have either generated your data from public sources or we use the information you have provided us with. The legal basis is our legitimate interest, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our interest in the initial contact by telephone outweighs the interest of the data subject, as we only contact B2B clients via contact channels from public sources and the contact relates to specific transactions in connection with the business activity of the data subject. Through the initial telephone contact, we merely inquire whether there is interest in contact and do not already provide extensive information about our services.

3.5 Customer data processing

If you conclude a contract with us for a consulting service, we collect your contact data, billing data and contract data. The data processing is carried out for the purpose of contract initiation and contract execution, Art. 6 para.1 lit. b DSGVO.

3.6 Canvassing existing customers

If we receive your e-mail address and postal address as part of an order, we may use this data to inform you about our own similar product and service offers by e-mail and post from now on. If you do not wish to receive any further advertising information by e-mail or post, you can object to the use of your contact data for advertising purposes at any time with effect for the future without incurring any costs other than the transmission costs according to the basic rates. 3.7 Information about trends and newsletters

Among other things, you can receive regular information from UNEX Management Consulting GmbH & Co.KG on news (e.g. newsletter) or trends (e.g. current developments and opportunities for cooperation) on our website. The legal basis for sending the information is your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO in conjunction with. § 7 para. 2 no. 3 UWG or the legal permission according to § 7 para. 3 UWG.

This means that after your registration we will send you an e-mail to the specified e-mail address in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive information from us. If you do not confirm your registration, your information will be automatically deleted after 3 days.

Mandatory data are only data about your address, your company affiliation and your e-mail address. The provision of further data is voluntary. All data will be used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we store your e-mail address for the purpose of sending you information until revoked. We also store your IP address current at the time of registration, the time of registration and confirmation for up to three years after registration (statute of limitations). The purpose of this procedure is to be able to prove your registration in case of doubt and, if necessary, to clarify any misuse of your personal data. The legal basis for logging the registration is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 p.1 lit. f DSGVO in proving a formerly given consent, see also Art. 7 para. 1 DSGVO.

In addition, anonymous link tracking takes place as soon as you click on links in our e-mails. This only serves statistical purposes and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your behavior. The legal basis is your consent, which you gave us when ordering the newsletter (Art. 6 para. 1 a) DSVGO).

You can revoke your consent to receive regular information and unsubscribe at any time. You can declare the revocation either by clicking on the link provided in our emails or by sending an email to the contact details above.
